Gurme Dağ İncirli Cevizli Tatlı
Malzemeler:
• 10 adet Meşhur İncirci Amca dağ inciri
• 1 su bardağı ceviz içi
• 1 çay kaşığı tarçın
• 1 yemek kaşığı bal
• 1 su bardağı süt
• Yarım çay bardağı su
• 1 tatlı kaşığı tereyağı
Hazırlanışı:
1. Dağ incirlerini yumuşaması için ılık suda 10 dakika bekletin.
2. İncirlerin sap kısımlarını kesin ve içlerini hafifçe açın.
3. Ceviz içini tarçın ve balla karıştırıp incirlerin içine doldurun.
4. Bir tavada tereyağını eritin, incirleri ekleyip hafifçe çevirin.
5. Üzerine süt ve suyu ekleyip kısık ateşte 10 dakika pişirin.
6. Ilık ya da soğuk olarak servis edin. Üzerine ekstra ceviz ve bal gezdirebilirsiniz.
